Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the "Customer") and Enmaa AI (the "Company"), operating the foodash platform from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By signing up or using foodash you agree to be bound by these terms.

Foodash is offered on a monthly subscription at the prices shown on foodash.ae. The trial is free for two days. Once converted, your subscription renews monthly and is non-refundable for the month already paid.

You may cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use foodash to run your restaurant business during your subscription. You may invite your own staff to use the product at no extra cost.

• Re-sell the product to someone else or run a competing service on top of it.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity or anything that violates UAE law.
• Upload menu items, prices or content that you do not have the right to use.

You own everything you put into foodash. You can export your data in CSV at any time, and we will hand it back to you in a useful format if you cancel. We treat customer data per our Privacy Policy.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance which we announce at least 48 hours ahead inside the dashboard. If we have a major outage, we will issue credits at our discretion.

The Dash agents (Insights, Forecast, Reorder, Anomaly, Dash Chat) make suggestions based on your data and external LLM providers. These are decision-support tools. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before acting on them, especially purchase orders and customer communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use foodash in a way that damages other customers or our service. In most cases we will reach out before taking action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced inside the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version always lives at foodash.ae/terms.
